What it costs
Nothing — shipping is always free with us, on sets and accessories alike.
When it arrives
During the pre-sale we dispatch within 14 days of your order. We’ll e-mail you the moment your parcel sets off; Zásilkovna then usually delivers within 1–3 business days.
Club orders
From 10 sets, clickers ship in pairs in handy drawstring pouches, without gift boxes.
On delivery
Check the packaging is intact. You don’t have to accept a damaged parcel — just let us know.
Returns within 14 days
You can return the goods within 14 days of delivery, no questions asked. Fill in the online form, we’ll send you a free Zásilkovna return label, and we’ll refund you within 14 days the same way you paid. Only bespoke items (say, with a club logo) can’t be returned.
Withdrawal from the contractComplaints
You can raise a defect within two years of delivery. Write to info@dotta.store — we’ll settle the complaint within 30 days at the latest. The CR1620 battery is a common consumable: it running out isn’t a defect, you simply swap it for a new one.
