As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Fill in the form below — we’ll email you a confirmation of receipt without undue delay and process your refund as soon as possible.

Returns are free within 14 days

Once you submit, we verify the 14-day window and send you a free Zásilkovna return label. Outside that window we’ll arrange it individually.

We’ll send the withdrawal confirmation to this address.

You’ll find it in the order confirmation we emailed you.

Only if you want the refund sent somewhere other than your original payment method.
